Isabelle Neve
Junior studying Food Systems and Environmental Studies with a minor in Agroecology.
The time I have spent at RFI has been filled with some of the most inspiring experiences of my life. Seeing and being a part of the implementation of grassroots community work and agricultural regeneration has fueled me in my studies. I am beyond excited to continue to work with RFI and to be able to share these experiences with other students, in the hopes of inspiring them as well.

My ongoing experience with RFI has been deeply meaningful, shaping my education at UVM and briskly influencing the addition of a Food Systems minor. I’ve gained some of my closest friendships and am left with a Burlington community that is close knit and emotionally bonded. This work continues to influence my personal growth and feels especially vital in today’s pressing times. For me, there was no doubt about following the work the Regeneration Field Institute is undergoing as a student in Environmental Planning. This institute is a part of who I am now, and I look forward to being a part of RFI with my Campus Representative role.

Junior studying Sustainability, Ecology, and Policy and Business Administration
I never could have imagined how incredible my experience with RFI would be. Every moment was a chance to learn whether through bamboo architecture, syntropic agriculture, or simply connecting with nature. I also met some amazing people who shared a deep passion for regeneration, community, and the environment. This journey left me inspired and hopeful and I look forward to helping others experience it for themselves through my work as a campus representative!
