The Experience
Live in a bamboo dorm with up to 30 students
Eat 3 meals per day of Ecuadorian cuisine cooked by local staff
Daily hands-on workshops and activities to learn about and directly contribute to regenerating ecosystems and communities
Topics: environmental design, sustainable architecture and engineering, agrifood systems, regenerative agriculture, ecology and conservation, socio-environmentalism, natural resource management, and more.

Victoria Gilfillan is an Environmental Science student and Spanish minor at the University of Oklahoma, passionate about sustainability, eco-friendly living, and fostering global connection. As President of Sooners Without Borders, she leads initiatives that empower communities while embracing a lifestyle centered on peace, nature, and meaningful relationships. Whether playing volleyball, doing hair, waiting tables, or spending time outdoors with friends and family, she values creativity, connection, and living in harmony with the world around her. She is hoping to get into research this year at her university while trying to soak up her junior year of college.
