Edgar Vasquez
4th-year Sustainable Environmental Design Major
Joining RFI in winter break was more than just worthwhile. I got the opportunity to help create a bamboo structure for the community while also building relationships with others. Learning about regenerative agriculture was amazing, and I hope to find a way to integrate that into my future career! I hope to share this opportunity with you the same way RFI has done with me.
Tristan Johnson
Hello! My name is Tristan Johnson and I’m a UC Davis Campus Representative for RFI! As someone who is passionate about getting hands-on experience with regenerative design, I’m thrilled to get to work with and understand the processes behind regenerative infrastructure and design! As a SED + CRD major, I’m excited to see how RFI will change the way I see design, architecture, and sustainable construction materials!
Yousseff Yassin
Hi, I’m Youssef, a Sustainable Environmental Design major at UC Davis! I joined RFI because I’m passionate about exploring how design can actually work with nature instead of against it. To me, sustainable design isn’t just about buildings or landscapes, it’s about creating spaces that make life better for people and the planet.
