PROGRAM ASSOCIATE
The Regeneration Field Institute Ecuador is looking for a passionate and driven recent graduate to lead student recruitment efforts and support our growing network of campus representatives across the United States. Working from Los Arboleros Farm — RFI's headquarters in coastal Ecuador — the program associate will develop hands-on skills in people management and sales while contributing to a meaningful regenerative project of their choice.
Location: based at Los Arboleros Farm (Chone canton of Manabí, Ecuador).
Dates & Duration: 12 month contract. Onboarding will begin remotely in July alongside an Ecuadorian visa application. Program associates will travel to LAF to officially begin between August and September depending on visa application progress. Associates must stay at LAF at until the end of the 12 month period. Possibility of contract renewal or extension.

Responsibilities
Manage 1-2 campus reps at 6-9 universities (50% time)
— Lead weekly meetings, craft weekly work plans, and provide hands-on guidance, feedback, and creative encouragement to keep campus reps motivated and outreach on track.
— Set clear expectations, monitor follow-through, and track performance metrics to hold reps accountable and identify weak conversion points.
— Build community and motivation among campus reps by facilitating peer dialogue, sending regular inspiration and updates to the group, and organizing intra-school rep meetings.Directly support sales communication and outreach (10% time)
— Directly managing relationship with some students at each school under coordinator’s management
— Organize meetings with advisors, faculty, students, and parents when appropriateExecute an regeneration-related project (40% of time)
— Execute an immersive regeneration-related personal project in collaboration with RFI staff
— Selected from a list of pre-designed projects by RFI. Examples: agroforestry apprenticeship, bamboo research and design, and wildlife corridor monitoring and maintenance.
Requirements
Speaks fluent or native English
Demonstrated leadership experience
Detail oriented and very organized
Ability to commit to a full-time, in-person role in Ecuador
Compensation
Ecuadorian living wage: $600 per month
Commissions based on recruitment success
Room and board at LAF
Two way flight to/from the US (up to $850)
Ecuadorian visa expenses covered
Off-farm expenses are responsibility of mentor
